I live at your property managed by Katrina, and thought I'd take a moment to let you know how lucky you are to have her managing your property. I have been a renter in both Kelowna and Vancouver for over a decade, and have yet to meet someone as amicable, delightful and respectful of their home (in this case, yours) as Katrina.

I could rattle off a series of personal horror stories involving other rental situations I have been in where the landlords have treated me as nothing more than a means of a paycheck. But I am not writing you to discuss that. In fact, it has been a blessing living in your home and Katrina has renewed my faith that both a beautiful home and a wonderful landlord exist - both at the same location.

From my first contact with her, she was both pleasant, approachable and outwardly kind and informative. I had phoned a dozen or so places around town, in search of a place to live, and instantly - just based on phone presence and demeanor - I had a great feeling about your place. At this point, it was sight unseen. Add to that, her website's listing of your place is unparalleled and a wonderful representation of your home. I can say this with confidence as I am a web and graphic designer and I know a lot about proper presentation.

Dealing with her on a day to day has been a pleasure. Not many landlords take the time to get to know you and care for you. Some landlords would do this to keep up a fake facade, but Katrina does it because she genuinely cares about each of us in this house and is more a mother figure to us than a property manager. She takes care of your home immediately when an issue arises, raises concern if warranted and keeps us informed via email about everything that is happening with regards to our tenancy. That, and she is genuinely a fun person to be around. I would not hesitate to give her a glowing recommendation or to rent any one of her properties in the future.

My message to you is simple - you are very lucky to have Katrina managing your property I live in. It has been an absolute pleasure calling your place home.

We had the BEST vacation ever in the villa. It was out of this world --- thanks for making everything so perfect. (and for the lovely cherries you left at the restaurant for us!!!!) We've been handing out villa pamphlets to everyone - I took about 20 of them, and only have ONE left!!!!

We'll Definitely go back.

We LOVED our time there.

It turned out to be PERFECT for what I was trying to do with the family.  Lots of space and yet just enough.  Close to town but away from everything.

Nobody wanted to leave.

The weekend was wonderful.  Our granddaughter's comment was that this would be a great place for her wedding (a few years away yet).
