No need for you to wait in long line ups.  Time is precious when you are on holidays and Fun Patrol will bring the conveniences to you.  If you have any special requests that you cannot find on the list, be sure to let us know and we'll find it for you.

The Okanagan caters to every palate.  From bread artisans to world renowned chocolates, fresh is best.  If you want to arrive at your vacation rental property and have the groceries there for your arrival, Fun Patrol delivers.

How does it work?

The way the service works is that you click on the Start Shopping Now link and choose from a list of groceries.  Then it's as easy as providing payment details and where you want us to deliver to.  Substitutions will be made on products temporarily out of stock. 

If you have any special requests, just send us an email or discuss it with one of our Customer Service Reps.  There will be additional charges with specialty items.  Orders have a minimum 48 hour turnaround time.  All groceries are picked fresh on the day of your arrival.

The service fee is a flat rate of $65 +gst and delivery is $35 within Kelowna and Lake Country.  For deliveries to Big White and Silver Star, the delivery rate is $50.  Once you have placed your order, a Customer Service Representative will contact you to confirm payment & delivery details.

Payment details- 50% deposit will be processed at the time of your order confirmation.  The remaining balance of your order will be processed 48 hours prior to delivery.   Any final adjustment due to substitutions will be charged to your credit card on day of delivery.  Payment methods are Visa and MasterCard. 

Cancellation policy: Full refund will be processed prior to 48 hours notice.  No refund will be given if notified within the 48 hrs.
